Innovation Park Medway is excellently located for transport, being adjacent to the M2 motorway, with the M25 accessible in under 20 minutes and the M20 a 10 minute drive away.
The nearest station is Rochester train station located about 3 miles to the north, which serves central London. The station is serviced by local bus routes that run down Maidstone Road.
Eurostar services to Europe can currently be accessed from London St Pancras Station (High Speed 1 rail line) with direct services to Lille, France and Brussels, Belgium.
The service from Ebbsfleet International is due to recommence in early 2022.

The local area around Innovation Park Medway comprises a mix of local universities, residential and commercial uses including retail parks (an Asda superstore) and research and development centres along Maidstone Road.
