The northern site offers 28 plots for E(g) and B2 use.
The plots surround Runway Park, a central feature of Innovation Park Medway, which offers an attractive and functional outdoor space.
There will also include stunning landscape architecture and atmospheric lighting to create a unique hub for collaboration and well-being.
The site also offers four large car parks and is adjacent to a cycle route which allows staff and visitors easy access to IPM.
